So yesterday, when I was talking to a new client who handed over $900 to a licensing service to handle is grandfathering application and hasn’t heard back from them for over 4 months, something struck me odd. It is now 2015 and Florida Corporations and Limited Liability Companies will be required to renew their Annual Reports with the Florida Division of Corporations.
