New Year’s (Tuesday December 31 and Wednesday January 1)
Online Florida profit, non-profit, limited liability company, judgment lien, fictitious name registration and limited partnership filings will not be processed beginning 5:00 PM December 20th through 8:00 AM December 26th.
Online Annual Reports, Reinstatements, and Certificates of Status will be unavailable from 5:00 PM, December 20, 2024, until 8:00 AM, January 2, 2025.
Searches through search.sunbiz.org will be unavailable from 5:00 PM, December 20, 2024, until 8:00 AM, December 26, 2024.
Online filing services and searches for fictitious names, general partnerships, or liens will be unavailable from 5:00PM, December 30, 2024, until 8:00 AM, January 2, 2025.
