Florida State Certified Building Contractor Book Set 2024 Exams

Description

This book set contains all the books used for the 2024 Florida General, Building, or Residential Contractor Exam WITH the Business and Finance that overlap the trade exam book list. The books are the same for the three structural categories.  This package includes the books that are used in the development of the examination, but not allowed in the testing center.  If you do not want to purchase the entire package, you can order each book individually.  We have provided the official book lists linked below.  Note:  The 2020 Building Codes will be used through June 2023.  July 2024 exams will be using 2023 Florida Code books.

The same books are used for the Florida Certified Residential Contractor and Florida Certified Building Contractor, so if you are looking for the General or Building Contractor book set, they are all three the same.
