Construction Applications Can Now Be Submitted Online!

Happy January! I hope everyone had a great holiday!

The DBPR has now converted many of the Construction and Electrical applications into forms that you can fill out online with your DBPR online account.

There are still some kinks in the system though; you cannot begin an application and stop halfway through; you have to complete, submit and pay for the application in one shot. Additionally, as of today, the DBPR was not aware that the experience portion of the website, (where they take you out to paper experience pages you have to fill out and then upload) isn’t currently working as of today, 1/17/2020.

Until I complete an application online and see it through to licensure, I can’t say if this is going to be faster or not. Robin has to see it, first; but I am excited to see the DBPR get into the 21st Century here, kind of, maybe… Oh, it’s progress and progress is good!
