MISSING IN ACTION

We are aware of several contractors who have hired a service in the Orlando area to do their applications; the owner has been MIA for months. Please feel free to contact us if you are one of those folks who has paid money, including State fees, been asked to sign an attest statement without seeing your application that you are LEGALLY attesting to and we will work with you to finish your application.

We don’t know what is going on other than what their clients are saying – we have no first-hand knowledge… but a few people have been leaving messages for months with no reply. The proper course of action is to refund the money if they can’t complete the work.  Again, I can’t comment on what they are doing or who they are because I do not know what is going on.  I am trying to reach out to folks that have shelled out a lot of money, especially for the grandfathering applications that we get done and out the door in a day, normally.

If you are in this situation, please call us and we will work with you on a deep discount so the ouch isn’t so bad. but, we need to see proof of payment to this other company, and please provide us with any correspondence, worksheets, etc…to reduce our time since we will be working for a reduced fee. We want to see you get your contractor license and are here to help!  We owe a lot to the construction community and we’d like to give back!
