DBPR Approved Personal Credit Report

Florida State Certified and Registered Contractor applications require applicants to provide credit reports for themselves and the business entity they want to qualify. Our credit reports demonstrate that local, state, and federal records have been searched and personal credit reports must contain a FICO derived credit score, as per Florida Statute.  You can also use this for County/City credit reports.

Personal credit report for applicant:  This product should be used for the license applicant who will be the qualifying agent for either an individual active license or to qualify a business.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS (Please read):

  • Put the item in your shopping cart; you will fill out the necessary information after you place the report in your cart, hit the checkout button, and start the checkout process. During the checkout process, you will be promted to provide the information needed to pulls/assemble the credit report.
  • Before you place the item in cart, we ask if you want us to do an “Immediate Pull” for an additional fee, which means we stop what we are doing and prioritize your order.  Below that we ask if you want the report to be expedited to the DBPR for an additional fee.
  • Your credit report will be uploaded to your secure account for you to submit with your DBPR application; WE WILL NOT SEND YOUR CREDIT REPORT TO THE DBPR UNLESS YOU ALSO ORDER THE ADDITIONAL EXPEDITE OPTION BELOW TO COVER THE ADDITIONAL STEPS AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR US HANDLING THE REPORT.
  • If you want us to send your credit report/reports to the DBPR on your behalf by choosing the “Expedite report to DBPR (+$10.00)” option, please include your application number and /or deficiency letter.

We can expedite your credit report(s) to the State of Florida DBPR via fax for an additional fee of $10. This will REQUIRE A DEFICIENCY LETTER AND/OR an application number to accompany credit report. If you have not made application yet, then attach your credit report(s) to your application, whether you apply by paper or online. If you CHECK THE BOX BELOW to expedite your credit report(s) to the State of Florida DBPR you ARE REQUIRED TO either UPLOAD your deficiency
letter below or send a copy of the letter or deficiency e-mail to info@needfloridalicense.com. $10 will not be refunded if the necessary document is not provided,

PDF, JPEG, PNG, and Word documents are all acceptable formats.
